第三批放归鲸鱼包括3只虎鲸。1只个体较大的雌性虎鲸，1只雄性虎鲸和1只年轻雌性虎鲸。这3只虎鲸曾被一起圈养在斯列德尼亚亚湾。6月27日，首批鲸鱼被释放到鄂霍次克海，包括两只虎鲸和六只白鲸。7月16日释放了第二批，包括3只虎鲸。第三阶段放归行动于8月1日开始。俄罗斯联邦渔业机构表示，计划在2019年9月1日前释放所有“鲸鱼监狱”中的鲸鱼。
