克尼亚泽夫在瓦尔代国际辩论俱乐部通过互联网发表报告时说：“计划联合开展移动防疫队演习。将在包括金砖国家卫生高官在内的视频会议上讨论这个问题，以及其他可以为对抗疫情大流行采取的措施。”
克尼亚泽夫表示，俄方期待金砖国家疫苗研发中心能尽快启动，指出金砖国家早在2018年的约翰内斯堡峰会上就曾商定成立该中心。
他强调：“像其他国际机制一样，金砖国家也需要加快落实决定的速度。”
金砖国家指巴西、俄罗斯、印度、中国、南非这五个国家。
